Michelin star restaurateur Kevin Thornton has created all-day menus from the sort of food that he himself likes to eat: Sumptuous, of course, but also wholesome, elegantly simple and uncomplicated. Naturally, we use the finest fresh local produce carefully prepared by expert chefs. This is all about flavour and redefines casual dining.
