We are strictly adhering to government advice and continually monitoring protocols in line with ongoing updates.
Our staff have been briefed on the guidelines provided by the local health authorities and we conduct daily meetings to continually review the situation.
All areas of the hotel are thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitised several times throughout the day; with particular attention on ‘high touch areas’ such as door handles, elevator buttons, and reception desks.
Hand sanitiser is offered upon arrival and is available in all public areas, restrooms, and staff areas.
We have infrared thermometers in place to conduct temperature checks where required.
Staff or guests who are unwell with any symptoms of cough, fever, flu or respiratory problems are asked to consult a doctor immediately.
We are offering an easy, flexible cancellation policy for direct reservations – you can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you have booked via an online travel agent or other third party, please contact them directly for details on their cancellation policies.
