A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the ideal candidate to join The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Under the guidance of the Food Services Manager, you will be required to assist with the smooth and efficient operation of all food service operations within our restaurant.
Ensuring departmental standards and guest expectations are exceeded.
Maintain high level of standards, personal hygiene, uniform and appearance
Accept flexible working hours, where necessary, to achieve your goals and objectives
As a part of our management and food services team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in all food services within the hotel. Including:-
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Restaurant (and Bar when necessary)
Hotel lobby service
Room service
Private Dining/Meetings & Events food service.

The night concierge will be responsible for late check ins/early check outs, room service and general front office duties including food and beverage service.

As a part of the kitchen team the Demi Chef de Partie will be assist in all food services within the hotel. Including, breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Bar/restaurant and hotel lobby service, Room service and Private Dining/Meetings & Events food service.
The Demi Chef de Partie must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
