NORTHERN IRELAND LOCKDOWN EXTENSION

Lockdown restrictions in Northern Ireland have been extended until 1st April 2021. All non-essential retail and visitor attractions will be closed. Pubs, cafes and restaurants will be offering takeaway service only.

‘WE’RE GOOD TO GO’ AND ‘AA COVID CONFIDENT’

We have been accredited as ‘Good to go’ in collaboration with Visit Britain and Tourism NI. “We’re Good To Go” means that we have been checked and can prove our implementation of governmental and public health guidance relating to the current coronavirus pandemic. We have also secured the AA ‘Covid Confident’ mark which assure you that we have all the necessary assessments, procedures, training and safety measures in place to operate safely. We continually review and update our procedures in line with governmental updates.

I have a room booked but due to COVID-19/travel restrictions I need to cancel, can I have a refund?

FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: If your reservation was booked as a flexible rate, this can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Normally we cannot change our pre-paid, non-refundable rates, however, in light of the exceptional circumstances we can move your booking to an alternative date in 2021 without penalty. Please note different room rates may apply depending on the stay period.

FOR RESERVATIONS MADE VIA AN AGENT OR THIRD PARTY: Please contact the agent/online booking system that you booked with.

FOR GROUPS: We will modify your group reservation free of charge, as long as the new booking takes place within 12 months of the original booking. A rate difference may apply depending on the new dates. For further information please contact us directly.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

Yes please. Face coverings must be worn by everyone (apart from children under 12 or those medically exempt) when moving around the hotel, unless seated at your table.

When is The Restaurant open?

We are currently offering a reduced in room dining service for all our guest during the current trading period . That means our Restaurant is closed until normal trading conditions resume

How many people are allowed at a table?

We can only accept reservations for up to 6 people (excluding children under 12) from a maximum of 2 households.

Room Service is also available for our hotel residents. We will continually monitor our food and beverage service in accordance with government recommendations.

What are the cleaning procedures at the hotel?

We have always maintained the highest standards of cleaning and hygiene, and we are strictly adhering to government advice and continually monitoring protocols in line with ongoing updates.

All areas of the hotel will be thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitised several times throughout the day; with particular attention on ‘high touch areas’ such as door handles, elevator buttons, and reception desks. You’ll see lots of sanitisation stations, social distancing markers, and other preventative measures to ensure the safety of everyone on the property.

We always aim to give the warmest of welcomes and we’re proud to be known as the friendliest hotel in the city. For the time-being, we will have reduced contact on check-in, and while we may be following social distancing guidelines, please remember we are always here to help you!

Is Car Parking available at the hotel?

We offer valet parking in a secure, enclosed car park for £25 per night. Please pre-book car parking prior to arrival as spaces are limited. In the short-term, our guests have the option to use valet-parking or self-park. The cost is the same for valet parking or self-parking.

There is also a multi-storey car park, Value Parks, on Grosvenor road just a one minute walk from the hotel.
